Military Service Members and Veterans

Grace After Fire
Grace is a virtual organization reaching across the nation created by veteran women for veteran women, to offer a safe and confidential social network.  Women can share common experiences and offer unique peer support for wellness while providing increased access to resources for healthcare, family and self. Utilizing social media, women can instant message, write blogs, and participate in forum discussions.  Grace’s Board of Directors is comprised of 80 percent veterans, managed by women veterans; and their Clinical Advisory Committee is comprised of 100 percent women trauma experts, researchers, and addiction specialists.

Formed in 1999 to revolutionize the way the 30 million Americans with military affinity stay connected and informed. Today, military.com is the largest military and veteran membership organization, 8 million members strong. Military.com's free membership connects service members, military families and veterans to all the benefits of service: government benefits, scholarships, discounts, lifelong friends, mentors, great stories of military life or missions, and much more.

Military Officers Association of America (MOAA)
MOAA is the United States' largest veterans organization for active duty, National Guard, Reserve, former, and retired military officers and their surviving spouses. MOAA is a full-service association with two magazines, benefits information, an officer placement service, and lobbying. The association promotes a strong national defense by lobbying for equitable benefits for those who serve and have served their country in military, including health care, pay, allowances, and family issues. You do not have to be retired to join MOAA. All active duty, retired, National Guard, Reserve, former commissioned officers, and warrant officers of the uniformed services - Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration - are eligible for membership.
